Carol E. York, CFP® joined Cypress Wealth Services in September 2019 as a Senior Vice President & Financial Advisor. Carol is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™. Carol’s focus is on helping people transition into and maintaining their lifestyle throughout retirement. Carol also focuses on providing guidance to women who are dealing with important financial decisions, perhaps for the first time due to life events such as divorce or death. Her life experience with dealing with similar life transitions provide a unique perspective during the planning process.

Carol started her career in financial services in 1996. Carol has worked for various financial firms over her career that have helped her develop into the thoughtful advisor she is today. She was most recently a Financial Consultant with Fidelity Investments. Carol is originally from Maine and has many siblings throughout New England, Florida, Texas, and California with whom she enjoys visiting in her spare time. In addition to traveling, Carol enjoys golf, dancing (including tap), college football, auto racing, the outdoors, and reading mysteries.
