What are 3 words people use to describe you?
Loyal, Motivated, Happy
What are you most grateful for?
My wife and 3 boys. Coming home each day to my fan club and the wonderful chaos that inevitably goes on behind those doors is the best part of my day.
What is the best advice you have ever been given?
My father taught me as a young boy if you only look at things from your own point of view, you'll always be right, but you won't have very many friends. However, when you put yourself in other people’s shoes to understand their perspectives, you may be wrong occasionally but the friendships and opportunities multiply exponentially. As we get beyond ourselves and look to see how we can enrich others' lives and serve those around us is where we find the greatest joys and friendships in life.
What gets you excited about life?
I love a new challenge, especially the opportunity to tackle and master something that I have never done before. Learning and conquering new things is exciting and helps me push my mental limitations.
How do you define success?
A good days work, time with my family and a smile on my face.
What is your proudest achievement?
Marrying Lacey. She's where it all began, and I can trace any and all of my success back to my relationship, friendship, and partnership with her.
What life lesson did you learn the hard way?
To achieve your goals, you must be willing to take risks, and most of the time that means going through many failures before you find success.
What was the best book you’ve read and why?
"How to Win Friends and Influence People". It taught me that at times we can become so absorbed in ourselves and our own problems that we start to neglect those closest to us. But the richest moments and experiences in life are with the people that we love and care about.
